A big part of how I lead comes from high-level sports. Football taught me what real leadership looks like under pressure, how culture is built, and how excellence is earned through standards and consistent execution. I’ve learned those same principles work in business and life.
XC10 Performance Coaching started as a gym and over time, my passion for business and executive coaching took it in a new direction. Today, I help founders bring structure to chaos by installing practical systems, clarifying roles, and tightening execution so the business can scale without everything running through you.
